Trigger is looking for an account manager who is obsessed with excellence in customer care, organization and accuracy.
The ideal candidate is a mid-level account manager with 3-5 years experience working with financial reports or at a financial institution. Good working knowledge of Excel is required and knowledge of print production and/or French is an asset. You will work with a small team on a large-scale national financial account, leading day-to-day client relationships. The majority of your workload will revolve around financial reporting; not marketing. Reporting to the account director, the account manager will get their hands dirty while overseeing the timely and cost-effective implementation of all client regulatory deliverables.
